FACIAL BOOKING GUIDE

FIRST VISIT OFFER

First-time clients receive 15% OFF all individual facial services.

*Express Facial excluded.

 

SKIN CONSULTATION & PERSONALISED TREATMENT GUIDE

All facial services, except the Express Facial, include a skin consultation.

During your visit, we will assess your current skin condition and home skincare routine, then recommend the most suitable treatment based on your skin concerns and individual needs.

For acne and other problematic skin concerns, an in-person assessment provides the most accurate understanding of your skin.

After your first consultation, we will recommend a suitable treatment plan and estimated treatment period.

Consultation-only appointments are not available. All consultations are provided as part of your booked facial service.

 

SUPERJECTION SKIN NEEDLING (MTS)

Superjection MTS includes a Premium LDM Facial, so there is no need to book an additional facial service.

For a comfortable recovery, we recommend avoiding swimming, saunas and intense exercise for a few days after your treatment.

If you have an important event or travel planned, we recommend booking your treatment at least one week beforehand.

For skin with severe inflammatory acne or a significantly weakened skin barrier, we may recommend restoring and stabilising the skin first before proceeding with MTS.

ACNE-PRONE SKIN

For acne-prone skin, we recommend consistent treatments rather than a one-off session to support gradual improvement.

If your skin requires extractions, we recommend our Acne Rescue Facial, with the treatment approach tailored to your current skin condition.

LASH LIFT BOOKING GUIDE

For the best lash lift results, please arrive with all mascara  completely removed.

If mascara removal is required at the salon, an additional fee may apply.

If you prefer to remove it yourself at the salon, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.

CHILDREN POLICY

For the safety of our clients and children, we kindly ask that children under 8 years old are not brought into the salon.

As professional treatment tools and equipment are used throughout the salon, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this safety policy.
